We used Rogers Safety extensively over a number of years at an onshore gas terminal.  Our site was an upper-tier COMAH site, where is was essential we were achieving the highest levels of workforce engagement, something that would not have been possible without the support of Rogers Safety.

Rogers Safety provided support for us through major lifecycle changes, ranging from major project works (with over 600 personnel on-site on any one day), through normal operations, and onto end-of-life and decommissioning.  The support provided was tailored to the unique requirements at the time, and covered everything from improving workforce engagement on specific site activities, workshops, and mentoring through to individual coaching with members of my leadership team.

Our safety metrics spoke for themselves during this period, with no recordable injuries in our operations, despite a highly challenging environment as we approached decommissioning.  The most important testament to Rogers Safety involvement was not the absence of incidents, but the presence of an engaged workforce who felt they were listened to, and able to make positive safety interventions across their workplace.
