Coaching & Mentoring

Leadership Coaching Sessions (as required – one to one)

Coaching sessions are facilitated on a one to one basis with leaders that are looking to enhance their performance with their teams in a number of ways.  Common goals include driving performance, communicating effectively and motivating workers.  These sessions are conducted in a relaxed and conversational way to get leads to explore their levels of comfort in their roles and to identify any aspirations they may have.  They will be taken through coaching sessions to help shape their thinking about opportunities for improvement that may be available to them.

The ‘trust and respect’ model can be tapped in to here for steerage.

Workforce Coaching (as required – group or one to one at the work face)

These sessions are practical and based on observations at work sites.  Personnel will be asked to establish what they believe to be going well and what they feel may be enhanced.  More often than not, this will highlight areas for development that can be used as coaching direction.

Additionally, it is often the case that individuals have external distractions that may affect focus.  Coaching to help reframe thinking in these areas can be provided.

Intervention Tours (as required – small groups or one to one)

These tours involve preparation time to consider how to effectively build relationships prior to launching into conversation.  How to encourage others to establish areas that could be enhanced and to find a solution to challenges found.  The selected personnel will be accompanied and supported during the tours and taken back to a safe environment for a wash-up post tour.  Often taken up by HSE Advisors looking to develop.
