The company is always keen to work with clients to make each session relevant to them and tailor new sessions to meet recognised needs.
We’ve been working in the high hazard industry for a significant time and have been delivering training and coaching to many large operating clients in the offshore/onshore oil and gas, fabrication, decommissioning and construction industries, as well as Offshore Wind, CDM, Demolition, Leisure & Engineering. Having worked across many differing cultures, we have an excellent understanding of how to connect with different groups in a way that provokes thought and leads to positive change.
